Client Service Intern/Coordinator
As a Client Service Coordinator, your primary role is to provide on boarding and ongoing support services to MindWell’s new and existing clients, including:
On boarding of new clients, including updating email lists, profiles, etc.
Updating site content and learning interface (using WordPress)
Respond to client inquires
Basic troubleshooting and technical support
To be suitable for this role, you must:
Have experience using WordPress
Strong interest in Mindfulness
Possess excellent communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills
Participate actively in team meetings, share ideas and concepts
Exhibit a high level of professionalism, maturity and judgment
Demonstrate a commitment to the delivery of exceptional customer service
Experience using Mail Chimp (ideal but not required)
This is a part-time role (est. 20-30 hours per month) that can be performed remotely.
