Client Service Intern/Coordinator 

As a Client Service Coordinator, your primary role is to provide on boarding and ongoing support services to MindWell’s new and existing clients, including

  • On boarding of new clients, including updating email lists, profiles, etc.

  • Updating site content and learning interface (using WordPress)

  • Respond to client inquires

  • Basic troubleshooting and technical support

To be suitable for this role, you must:

  • Have experience using WordPress

  • Strong interest in Mindfulness

  • Possess excellent communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills

  • Participate actively in team meetings, share ideas and concepts

  • Exhibit a high level of professionalism, maturity and judgment

  • Demonstrate a commitment to the delivery of exceptional customer service

  • Experience using Mail Chimp (ideal but not required)

  • This is a part-time role (est. 20-30 hours per month) that can be performed remotely.
