Daniel Skarlicki is the Edgar Kaiser Chair of Organizational Behavior at the Sauder School of Business. He received his PhD from the University of Toronto. He is a professor in Sauder’s Executive MBA in Health Care program as well as in the Master of Health Administration (MHA) at the School of Population and Public Health in the Faculty of Medicine. He is an academic director of the Physician Leadership Program delivered by the Sauder School of Business in collaboration with BC Health Authorities, Faculty of Medicine, and the BC Patient Safety and Quality Council. He has taught in the Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine, and in executive programs across North and South America, Europe and Asia. He is a visiting professor at ISEG and HEC in Paris. His clients include (formerly) Fraser Valley Health Authority, Glaxo, Cathay Pacific, Earls’ Restaurants, Government of Canada, and YMCA. He publishes in top psychology and management journals, and has won numerous teaching and international research awards. In 2017 he was elected a Fellow of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
