FREE WEBINAR - Before the Trauma: Mindful Resiliency Training for First Responders
Tuesday, September 19 from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. ET
Join Constable Jon Carson from York Regional Police in a discussion with Dr. Geoff Soloway on:
- Why 'training before the trauma' is critical for first responders
- How mindfulness supports first responders from police and fire to EMT, rescue and 911
- How Constable Carson is implementing mindfulness training at York Regional Police
One person from each organization that attends the webinar will be invited to take MWU's 30 Day Mindfulness Challenge for free. The evidence-based online training takes just five minutes a day and is proven to increase resilience, well-being and performance. The Challenge has been delivered to hundreds of first responders across the country who reported significant changes in stress, self-care and focus. The results can be found in MWU's First Responder Feasibility Study.
If you can't attend the live broadcast, register anyway and we'll send you the recording as soon as it's available.
