Client Relationship Manager, Bilingual

Due to exciting growth, MindWell-U (MWU) is looking for a Bilingual Client Relationship Manager. MindWell-U offers evidence-based mindfulness-based solutions (bilingual) for organizations across North America. Our solutions are relevant for almost all industries includinga business organizations, military, healthcare, mining, policing, business and education.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Onboard New Clients onto MindWell U (MWU) platform

  • Utilize the MindWell platform/CRM to onboard and manage client accounts.

  • Prepare monthly marketing assets for clients

  • Provide general onboarding assistance and support.

 

1. Provide Ongoing Client Support

  • Respond to client inquiries

  • Provide regular client updates to support engagement.

  • Schedule and host regular client meetings to ensure a positive client experience.

  • Identify and deliver opportunities to improve the client experience.


2. Manage Client Hub (Onboarding and Digital Marketing Kit for Clients)
 

  • Work with the communications team to produce new collateral required for MWU client purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, client communications/emails and associated assets.

3. Marketing & Communications Support

  • Support monthly newsletter execution

  • Support social media strategy implementation

  • Support marketing efforts with automated email creation, testing, and design

  • General maintenance and updates to website using wix.com

Skills Required:
 

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and French.

  • Experience working in an account/client management capacity (must be B2B)

  • Graphic design capabilities an asset, including platforms such as Canva.com

  • Experience working in the HR, EdTech or Health & Wellness sector

  • Ability to manage a large number/variety of duties and responsibilities

  • Experience and knowledge in the field of mindfulness and mindfulness-based interventions

  • Experience utilizing a corporate CRM and automated marketing

  • Experience with Zoom, Canva, Wix and Zoho would be ideal
