Mindfulness-in-action for
Entrepreneurs & Business Leaders:
How to Build a Business Without Burning Out
A recent study conducted by Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) and Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC) finds 62% of business owners feel depressed at least once a week and nearly half (46%) say that mental health issues interfere with their ability to work. It's important to note that this study was conducted before the COVID-19 pandemic.
MindWell Founder and Chief Training Officer, Dr. Geoff Soloway hosted Jordan Friesen, M.O.T, National Director, Workplace Mental Health at the Canadian Mental Health Association for a webinar on how business leaders and entrepreneurs can care for their mental health and how mindfulness can play a role in preventing burnout.
