What's New at MindWell-U for 2019?

​MindWell-U New Features

  • Keep 5 Alive booster program

    • People always asked us, “What happens after the Mindfulness Challenge ends?” This is where Keep 5 Alive comes in! This weekly lesson gives participants a mindful focus for each week of the year and helps your employees continue to make mindfulness a daily practice.

  • MWU Video Library

    • All MWU annual license holders have access to over informative videos featuring MindWell-U faculty discussing a variety of topics related to mindfulness in the workplace.

  • Pacing Options

    • Everyone learns at their own pace – now our Mindfulness Challenge content can be accessed daily over 30 days, every other day over 60 days or every third day over 90 days to accommodate participants who prefer to complete the training at a more moderate pace.
