  • You can access the training anywhere you have an internet connection, on any device.

  • Once you register to begin the training, a content module will open every day for 30 days. Upon completion, a certificate will become available to download.

  • For best results, we recommend blocking out 5 to 10 minutes every day during the 30 days to engage with the learning modules on your own time. We encourage you to practice Take 5 anytime you need during the day.

  • The Take 5 Daily is a self-paced learning training. Your progress will be saved beyond the end of the 30-day program, so you can complete the program at your own pace.

    You will continue to have access to all the content for one year and you can review or retake the training at any time.

  • When you sign up with MindWell, you’ll receive a full one-year license to MindWell’s comprehensive mindfulness-based learning platform that includes the Take 5 Daily training, Weekly Live Classes with different facilitators, 4-week Programs, and Video Library.
