Mindfulness-in-action: Take 5 is an active coping tool designed to be simple, sustainable and most importantly, effective. Employees will increase their self-management skills and learn how to integrate this practice into any moment of any day without being derailed from their task at hand.  

Cognitive Behavioural Strategies: MindWell training targets core Cognitive Behavioural principles and strategies such as emotional awareness, cognitive flexibility, and goal setting. 

MindWell’s core trainings can be done in just 5-10 minutes per day and will empower your employees with easy-to-use tools to regulate stress and improve their ability to be resilient in any situation
