Dr. Ellen Choi is a Professor of Organizational Behaviour at Ryerson University teaching on topics of leadership, training, motivation, and decision-making. Her research interests revolve around the effects of mindfulness training on attention and emotion regulation, authenticity, resilience, errors, and performance under pressure.
