Her research interests revolve around the effects of mindfulness training on attention and emotion regulation, authenticity, resilience, errors, and performance under pressure.

Robin Boudette, PhD is a licensed psychologist and mindfulness teacher with more than 30 years of clinical experience. She co-founded the University Medical Center at Princeton Eating Disorders Program and dedicated more than 20 years to the treatment of disordered eating.  As a psychologist at Princeton University Health Services for 15 years, she founded the Mind-Body Health Team and developed mindfulness intentions for students, staff and faculty.
