Mindfulness-in-action: Take 5 is an active coping tool designed to be simple, easy to remember and most importantly, effective. Employees will learn how to integrate this practice into any moment of any day without being derailed from their task at hand.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT): MindWell training targets core CBT principles and strategies such as increased emotional awareness, self regulation, cognitive flexibility, and goals-based behaviors through the use of self management tools.

MindWell’s core trainings can be done in just 5-10 minutes per day and will empower your employees with easy-to-use tools to regulate stress and improve their ability to be resilient in any situation.
