Take 5 is MindWell’s central mindfulness-in-action technique that can be used by healthcare workers anywhere at any time, especially during stressful moments and difficult experiences throughout their day.


Take 5 helps you to recognize the triggers in your day-to-day life, how they affect your stress response, and helps to bring you back to a focused state so that you can remain calm, capable and confident in your ability to perform your best in any situation - without sacrificing your own well-being.

Short, simple, and effective lessons are provided in 4 weekly modules designed to give you maximum results in the least amount of time.

 Despite working amidst the conditions of COVID-19,  where the majority of healthcare workers reported declining mental health, participants who engaged in MindWell for Healthcare Workers increased their levels of resilience and decreased levels of PTSD, anxiety and exhaustion in just 4 weeks.
